A professional mortgage application can be made even if you have only been qualified for a short period of time. Lenders often offer professional mortgages up to 90% LTV (loan to Value) meaning that a professional can purchase a home with just a 10% deposit.

There are professional offset mortgage products available, meaning that you can use your savings to help you save on the interest you pay while keeping full access to the savings in case you need them.
