A professional mortgage application can be made even if you have only been qualified for a short period of time. Lenders often offer professional mortgages up to 90% LTV (loan to Value) meaning that a professional can purchase a home with just a 10% deposit.

There are professional offset mortgage products available, meaning that you can use your savings to help you save on the interest you pay while keeping full access to the savings in case you need them.

We meet with our clients and discuss your requirements, we identify what your aspirations are, both short and long term and give the appropriate mortgage advice.  The advice is bespoke, being tailored to your specific requirements.

It is also possible to apply for a professional mortgage where a guarantor is also required, or where the deposit for the property is either fully or partly a gift from family. You do not have to be a first-time buyer to qualify for many professional mortgage products, the key qualifying criterion is your profession. Not all lenders who offer professional mortgages accept the same range of professions to qualify. For example, professional mortgages for police officers and civil servants are not as widely accepted by lenders as professional mortgages for teachers or medical doctors.

You can also use a professional mortgage for debt consolidation, to perhaps clear loans built up during student life or getting set up in your profession.

Your home is at risk if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
